Designed for both individuals and equine professionals, thisintroductory coursein equine shiatsu focuses on theory and, above all, hands-on practice:

-Learn the basics of shiatsu (5 elements, meridians)
-assessing your horse’s energy profile in a simple way
-learning to detect discomfort or distress and address it as much as possible
-maintaining flexibility, supporting aging horses
-recovering after exertion, preventing soreness, improving mobility,
-maintaining morale, supporting horses through difficult situations (weaning, moving to a new environment, etc.)
-strengthen the bond of trust

The two-day course allows you to conduct a complete relaxation session for your horse using techniques that can be used together or separately.

A course bookletsummarizingall the techniques will be provided to each participant.
A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course.

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Packed lunch; eat alone or share, as you prefer.
Tea and coffee provided.

Price: 200 euros for both days.

One-day or two-day workshops.

One-day or two-day equine/canine shiatsu workshops, including a session focused on connecting with yourself and your animal.
Each workshop includes:
- an introduction to shiatsu, with hands-on practice, to refine your observation and intuition and share moments of well-being with your animal;
– a connection to your intuition, to tune into your feelings and gain an additional tool for monitoring your animal’s physical and emotional state.
Price: 100 euros/person/day.
Minimum of 3 people.

Introductory equine shiatsu workshops, 1 . 5hours long , at your stable.
